  • To start off a good healthy day, it's important to brush your teeth daily. So as a result, it won't cause any cavities in your teeth.
  • Breakfast is the most important meal because it makes you have more energy and gets you ready for the day. Without it, your mood can change to restless or tired.
  • It's also important to rinse your mouth and wash your hands with soap after you eat any food. So that way, you'll avoid yourself from being sick and have diseases when spreading germs to others.
  • It's also important to exercise every day because it can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing diseases. More importantly, it also improves your quality of life.
  • Another definite hygiene requirement is to take shower every day, especially after exercise because it protects yourself from infections or illnesses. It also helps with your self-confidence, physical and emotional well-being.
  • If you get a good amount of sleep (8 hours) every night, it can boost your immune system, manage weight loss, and retain memory. However, if you don't sleep enough or oversleep, it can increase your risk for serious conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, and even death.
