Newton's first law states that every object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless compelled to change its state by the action of an external force. Just like this ball, it is on rest and it will stay in rest until i put a force on the ball.
The second law explains how the velocity of an object changes when it is subjected to an external force. The law defines a force to be equal to change in momentum (mass times velocity) per change in time. So if i put more force on this ball it will travel faster and with more velocity.
The third law states that for every action (force) in nature there is an equal and opposite reaction. So there are two kinds of force on me at the moment, i am getting affected by the gravity and the air pressure at the same time, which means i can balance out my weight.
