In this scene Holden is talking to Phoebe, diegetic sound is used a they are talking within the frame. A wide shot would be used to capture the whole room. The room shows Phoebe's character.
In this scene Holden is walking out of D.B's room. Although Holden knows that his parents are not home he still doesn't want to make much sound. There would be dark lighting as it is late at night. Mise-en-scene is important as Holden is walking through his house. His house can represent his character. I would use a panning shot to capture everything in his house.
In this shot Holden is on the phone to Mr Antolini, his old English teacher from another school of his. I would use a wide shot to show that he is comfortable in his house.
