  • BOOM!
  • When looking for where the sounds had come from, Rainsford dropped his pipe, and as he lunged for it, he fell into the waters. The waters were warm, and at that point he had to swim toward the island.
  • My name is Rainsford.
  • I am General Zaroff.
  • Tired, Rainsford fell asleep at night. Late in the afternoon of next day, he finally was woken up by more gunshots. he got back up and started to look for the men who were shooting the animals.
  • I can keep any thing away from this island so easily!
  • Do you want to play the most dangerous game?
  • He got back up, running through the jungle, and started to look for the men who were firing shots. Rainsford had figured that he would find men with food, and that they could help him.
  • Congratulations. You have won the most dangerous game.
  • Rainsford finds a house in the jungle, and he goes up to it and finds Captain Zaroff, the man who had been shooting the animals. He comes in, and he has dinner with the captain, and Rainsford's view on hunting completely changes.
  • Later that night, Rainsford finds out about all the control Zaroff has over the island, and that he can destroy just about anything that comes up to the island. Rainsford is then offered to play a game with the general. he is about to play the most dangerous game...
  • Rainsford won the game. He was the first of many people to do so. He had swam over to to the general because it was the quickest way to get back without the dogs getting him. The general congratulated Rainsford, and in return, he got to sleep on Zaroff's bed.
