"I heard the owl scream and the crickets cry" ( Act 2, Scene 2 line 16 pg 49).
"Who's there?...I have done the deed" ( Act 2, Scene 2 line 9 and 15).
"What three things does drink especially provoke?"( Act 2, Scene 3 line 25). "Oh horror Duncan is dead" ( Act 2, Scene 3 lines 65 pg 59).
"Knock,knock,knock never quiet! What are you? But this place is too cold for hell... I pray you, remember the porter" ( Act 2, Scene 3 lines 15-20 pg 55).
Lady Macbeth and Macbeth are planning to kill king Duncan while his sleep and Macbeth has to be brave to do it so he could have the throne of Scotland and Lady Macbeth would be royal.
Macbeth kills Duncan with his daggers and Lady Macbeth see's him and tells him to hide the daggers and that he was brave enough to kill him just as planned.
Porter was still awake when Macduff knocks on his door and ask him a question about a drinking postion and Macduff says that he saw Duncan dead and Macbeth worries about it.
