This storyboard does not have a description.
"A prosperous gentleman; and to be King stands not within the prospect of belief"(1.6.16-17)
This is a step on which I must fall down or else o'erleap" (1.4.48-49).
Malcolm is Prince of Cumberland!!
"I dare do all that may become a man; Who dares do more is none" (1.7.47-48).
The first time we meet Macbeth he shows that he is humble and feels like the witches are wrong with their prophecies. He doesn't get over confident about the fact they told him he will be KIng.
Later, Macbeth is with King Duncan and his sons when he announces Malcolm Prince of Cumberland. This angers Macbeth because that means Malcolm will become the next King and not him. Macbeth says he must do something to become King. This shows how Macbeth is determined, but maybe not for the right reasons. It also shows how he has changed from not believing the prophecies to now doing whatever he can so they will come true.
After planning to kill Duncan, Macbeth questions if he should go through with the plan. Lady Macbeth then convinces him to do it by saying he wouldn't be a man if he didn't do it. This shows us that Macbeth is very prideful and also is obedient to Lady Macbeth.
