  • Fair is foul, and foul is fair. Hover through the fog and filthy air. 
  • The ruler in Scotland is King Duncan. Macbeth is a courageous soldier. Lady Macbeth is crazy. Macduff is a thane with two sons named Donalbain and Malcolm. Banquo is one of the General's in the King's army.

  • The main conflict is Man versus Self, which is Macbeth versus Himself. Macbeth struggled to have the desire for power. He wanted to be superior and be King of Scotland. He is in a battle with evil and starts to commit wrong deeds.
  • Falling Action
  • The Three Witches told Macbeth prophecies about his future. They said he would be the King and Thane of Cawdor. Macbeth then starts to commit evil acts such as killing King Duncan. When Macbeth visits the witches a second time, they tell him new predictions.
  • Denoument
  • My thanes and kinsmen, Henceforth be earls, the first that ever Scotland. In such an honor named...
  • During the fight, Macduff tells Macbeth that he wasn't born from a woman. Macbeth was surprised to hear this from Macduff because he thought everyone had a birth mother.
  • Macbeth and Macduff fight each other. Macbeth decides to keep fighting for his life. Macduff then beheads Macbeth and kills him.
  • Malcolm is crowned King of Scotland and Macbeth is dead including Lady Macbeth because she committed suicide. The kingdom is now restored. Malcolm wants those who left Scotland to come back because people were scared of Macbeth.
