On June 16, 1775 on top of Breed's Hill: Colonel William Prescott prepares to lead the 1,000 militiamen under his command.
I thought we were supposed to be on Bunker Hill.
We need to build fortifications and hold this hill in order to stop the British from surrounding Boston.
On June 17 General William Howe lands with 2,200 British troops and advances towards Breed's Hill.
Don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes (to conserve ammo)!
I'll avenge you Thomas!
Fall back and regroup!
Oh no! We're out of ammunition!
Retreat! Everyone retreat!
Even though we lost, I feel more confident in our ability to win this war.
