Wow, I feel like I'm going to faint. Weird... I only ran 5 miles.
Every time I go running I feel Like I'm going to faint!
Running is hard work. It puts stress on your heart and It has to work much harder.
At the end of a race keep moving for a few minutes to let your heart readjust.
The nervous system controls all the body systems. It sends signals from the brain to the rest of the body telling it what to do. Some signals travel through the nerves to the heart telling it to beat.
The nervous system and circulatory system work to pump your blood throughout your body. Your heart beat is controlled by a nerve that pumps the heart. When you're running, your heart beats faster it pushes more blood through the blood vessels and through your body.
The heart sends information about blood pressure to the brain so it can adjust to how hard your heart is pumping. When you stop running your heart beat slows down quickly and your blood pressure drops.
