MacBeths' Harmartia is that hes arrogant and stubborn. Which can be good and bad. He also gets influenced too easy.
He thinks he's unstoppable because no man born from a woman can kill him. Thus being his Hubris.
When the "trees" are marching towards the castle, Macbeth realizes that this wasn't what he planned or expected . This being his Peripeteia.
When the trees march, and then he talks to Macduff, He realizes that the witches prophecies are coming true. This is the Anagnorisis for Macbeth.
Macduff is Macbeths Nemesis. Because he cannot overcome him that is why he dies.
*Before* When his wife died, he mentioned that there was once a time when that sound would give him emotions. Which is like him giving his Catharsis.
