  • Henry Hudson getting Hired.
  • Thank You I hope i don't le you down. I will try to find a ice free shorter route to Asia
  • Now make sure you find a ice free shorter route to Asia.
  •       Henry Hudson's first voyage 
  • Henry Hudson's Second Voyage
  • Henny Hudson was hired by the Muscovy Company for most his voyages.
  • How Henry Hudson got to go on his Third Voyage
  • The reason for his first voyage was so that he find a ice free, shorter route to Asia from Europe through the Arctic Ocean in 1607.He and his crew traveled east along the edge of the polar ice pack until they reached the Svalbard archipelago and then hit ice forced to go back.They survived but the voyage was a failure.
  • Henry Hudson Third Voyage
  • On his second voyage ,in 1608, Hudson again tried to find a ice free way and shorter route to Asia, but as he traveled between Svalbard and the islands of Novaya Zemlya, to the east of the Barents Sea he was again blocked by Ice. The failed again.
  • Heny Hudson Fourth and Final Voyage.
  • In his third voyage he made his great discovery,but english companies were unwilling to back Hudson up after his first two failed voyages, so his third voyage was founded  from the Dutch East India Company.
  • In his third he did indeed make his discovery in  1609 when he got blocked by the same place again from his last two voyages, but this time instead of heading back he decided to find a western passage in the Pacific Ocean.  They landed in newfound land and they then traveled south along the Atlantic coast and then in to what is now known as the Hudson river to Albany and then decided to head back.   
  • On his fourth voyage on 1610 he founded hired and sponsered by the Muscovy company,  privite sponsors and  The British East India Company. In his fourth voyage he sailed from London to the Hudson Strait and then later reached the Hudson Bay. When he came accross a dead end in the James bay when heading back he and some of his crew members were left adrift. They were never heard from again.
