A girls were working on there project in class and she had put all there effect into this and she had been working on it for a long time. the two girls on the right didnt like what she had done and thought it didnt look good and wasnt up to standard.
i felt really hurt and upset with the two girls because i had worked really hard and i was really angry towrds her because i didnt think she had the right to go on and put me down like that.
I was really anrgy with the two girls that were putting me down because they were my friends and i thought they would support me and help with what i was doing instead of putting me down. i was alos a little upset with my friend who was helping me because she didnt back me up in that situation.
I was really furious and my respinse to the situation was annoyment towards them and i started speaking to them in a non-mannerable way and started ignoring them
my way of coolong down was that i decided to breathe and trace the wall by breathing in on the sides and breathing out along the top and bottom this really help me i controlled my emotions before doing anything i regret.
i explained to them why i felt that way and explaining that is was unfair and they aggreed that if they were in my position they would feel the way i did putting in all that effort.
