Hello! I am John Dalton. I have some theories on elements and would like to share them with you.
Alright, What do you know?
Firstly, I believe all elements are made of small particles and atoms of the same element are identical in size, mass and other properties.
These things, or atoms, are what make everything in the world. They can't be subdivided, but they can be combined to make compounds.
You're a genius! This is an astonishing finding!
Hows the work coming along, Brown?
From the last few tests I've ran, I have discovered that certain cells have a center, which I'm referring to as the cell's nucleus.
Movement? Are you positive, Robert?
Sir, I have also noticed a strange movement in these pollen grains when they are suspended in water. I believe this has something to do with the movement of particles in the water.
Yes, of course! After testing this theory on another substance, I've concluded that something in them is moving.
