  • Oh no you won't.
  • Rising Action
  • I'm so tired of living here, I want to escape.
  • I love it here, and it's not like we can escape. What are you going to do fly?
  • King Minos asked Daedalus to build him a palace with a maze in the cellars so confusing that if someone wonders into it they'll never find their way out.
  • Climax
  • Don't fly too close to the sun
  • After Daedalus and Icarus finished building the palace ,the king said they couldn't leave because Daedalus was the only one who knew how to get out of the maze. To keep them from leaving King Minos put them in prison.
  • Falling Action
  • You won´t be the highest thing in the sky for long, sun
  • Daedalus was getting tired of living in prison, so he had an idea to make wings and escape. He collected a feather every morning from the birds to make wings.
  • Resolution
  • NOO, MY SON!
  • After collecting feathers for a year, it was time for Daedalus and Icarus to escape. Daedalus quietly melted a candle, put the wax on his son's shoulders, and stuck on the wings. Then Icarus did the same to his father. Once they were ready Icarus nervously jumped out the window and started to fly.
  • Completely forgetting what his dad had said, Icarus started to fly closer to the sun so he would have something to brag about to his friends. Which made the wax that helped the wings stay on start to soften.
  • DON'T FLY TOO CLOSE TO THE SUN
  • After the wax melted, Icaruse's wings fell off of his shoulders. Then he fell into the ocean, resulting his death. All because he disobeyed his father.
