  • The Carbon Cycle By: Abbey Allen
  • After an animal dies and decomposes, some of the carbon in its body goes into the soil
  • Some of the carbon from the animals body also rises into the atmosphere as carbon dioxide.
  • The carbon rich soil helps the tree grow and go through photosynthesis
  • During the prossess of photosynthesis the carbon dioxide is taken in by the plant to create oxeygen
  • Then the oxygen is breathed in and breathed back out as carbon dioxide.
  • The carbon dioxide is then again taken in by the tree and released as oxygen, this cycle repeats and repeats.
