One homeowner arguing about issues, other homeowner visibly worried but still inspecting without saying anything
Designer shocked. Other homeowner points out messy install--dust left behind in drawers, muddy footprints, smell of wood. Given the extra time it took, they would have expected much better...some complaints reasonable, others make her seem crazy/impossible to please
Designer takes no responsibility, argues with customer, blames installers for being messy, customer for being unreasonable about smells from installation that will fade as cabinetry and everything settles
Designer storms off, customers express frustration with designer, installers, and Marsh brand as whole. Will not be recommending to friends, negative Google reviews, etc. End looking sad about their dream kitchen not being their dream kitchen
