Storyboard Text

  • We want Answers! Why was Ceasar killed?!
  • Listen to me, I didn't want to kill him! I loved him but i loved Rome more. Would you rather have Caesar work you like slaves till you die?
  • No!
  • Then my causes were just! He will be remembered for his good deeds.
  • Live, Brutus! Live, live!
  • Here comes his body, mourned by Mark Antony,With these words I leave. Just as I killed my best friend for the good of Rome, so will I kill myself when my country requires my death.
  • Good men, let me leave alone. I want you to stay here with Antony to pay respects to Caesar’s corpse and listen to Antony’s speech about Caesar’s glories,
  • But we want to crown you!!! You are better than Caesar
  • I have come here to bury Caesar, not to praise him. The evil that men do is remembered after their deaths, but the good is often buried with them. Brutus is an honorable man; they are all honorable men—I have come here to speak at Caesar’s funeral. He was my friend, he was faithful and just to me. Brutus is an honorable man. Caesar brought many captives home to Rome whose ransoms brought wealth to the city.
  • My heart is in the coffin there with Caesar, and I must pause until it returns to me.
  • If you think about it, Caesar has suffered a great wrong.
  • Poor man! Antony’s eyes are red from crying
  • Has he, sirs? I’m worried there will be someone worse to replace him.
  • There isn’t a nobler man than Antony in all of Rome.
