  • As do we! I promise, fellow colleagues, New Jersey has revised it's Plan through very thoroughly and might I say is far more efficient and civil than Virginia's.
  • The Virginia Plan consists of a bicameral (both are classified as a house of representatives) with both of the houses filled with a number of representatives from each state based on their population sizes.
  • And the New Jersey Plan is designed as a one house unicameral legislature with necessary equal representation for each state, no matter their population, as a senate in congress.
  • Mr. Franlklin, if I may speak, I do believe there could be a justful negotiation made if done properly like perhaps have two houses but one represents the states equally while the other matches the population proportion of each state...
  • 2
