In Scene one, Sarah is seen taking a breathalyzer test after the crash.
Scene two shows Sarah being put under arrest as the breathalyzer indicates that her blood-alcohol content (BAC) is 0.12, well above the legal limit.
Scene three shows Lexie's autopsy that is used to draw blood to test if she was also impaired at the time of the collision.
In Scene four, the forensic analysts are shown collecting evidence and taking pictures from the site of the crash to be used later in the trial.
Scene five shows a traffic analyst reviewing the footage of the accident to attempt to find evidence for the case.
Scene six shows the zoomed in photo captured by the camera but, because of the angle of the camera, the driver of the blue car cannot be identified.
