Storyboard Text

  • It didn't work. Helle fell off into the water that divided Europe and Asia and died.
  • Because a king in Thessaly got a new wife, the wife put her two kids (daughter: Helle; son: Phryxus) on a flying ram to save them.
  • I'll name the sea Hellespont for you.
  • Another King in Thessaly named Aeson got bored of being king and proclaimed his brother, Pelias, king but only if he named Aeson's son, Jason, king when he became of age.
  • So, there's a golden fleece that belongs to us that got hidden away by the King Aetes who adopted Phryxus. It's in a sacred grove protected by a sleepless dragon somewhere near the kingdom of Colchis. You got to get it back before you can rule.
  • That sounds pretty neato. I'm gonna get Argos to build me a ship and gonna name it after him. Gonna get some cool dudes and name ourselves the Argonauts.
  • Crew Memebers 1. Hercules 2. Orpheus 3. Theseus 4. Nestor 5. Hylas (taken by Nypmhs)
  • Notable things 1. Saved Phineus from harpies so that he could tell them how to use a dove in order to get pass the Clashing Rocks
  • In return for the fleece, Jason has to put 2 fire breathing bulls together and sow dragon teeth into the ground and fight the soilders that it spawns.
  • He used the king's daughter, Medea, and her magic to get through all the challenges.
  • Because Jason got the fleece he became king. Since he wanted his father to be alive to see it he had Medea make a poition to give him youth. She also did the same to Jason's uncle, but actually killed him instead
  • Jason decided to marry someone other than Medea, and then she went crazy. She killed all their kids, poisoned the bride-to-be, and burned down the palace. King Aegeus took her in and married her. Also, a beam fell on Jason's head from the Agros and killed him.
  • Jason's Grave
