As a member of the World Health Organization, I helped to conduct a study of 35 sexual education programs around the world.
Our study found that comprehensive programs did not encourage sexual activity and were actually more effective than abstinence-only programs.
These findings lead to my opinion that thorough sexual education should be mandatory in high school.

The way that I think about it is that your children will learn about all of this eventually. We can't prevent that even if we wanted to.
I much rather my children learn accurate information in a safe environment than have to find out things on their own, possibly by making mistakes they will later regret.
I guess you're right...
