Storyboard Text

  • Hamilton
  • Hamilton and Burr go across the Hudson River in separate boats.
  • Burr
  • Hamilton and Burr greet each other before the duel.
  • Hamilton gets to fire first. He puts his glasses on as if to get full aim. When he does, it goes above Burr's head and breaks a tree branch. It is unclear whether he tried to shoot in the air or not.
  • Aaron Burr then shoots and it hits Hamilton right in between his ribs.
  • Hamilton then leans on a rock for support as the people there rush toward him. Aaron Burr has a face of regret after firing the bullet.
  • Alexander Hamilton is then put on the boat heading back to New York City, where he sadly died the next day with some of his family by his side.
