Why can't I look as good as a model?
I'll never be in good shape
"Oh mum! The food's so good!..." Emma and her mum are eating dinner together. Emma is enjoying the food so much but tries to limit herself from eating too much food.
"I'm so hungry!..." After dinner, Emma felt very hungry so she took lots of food and was hiding in the bathroom and eating in secrecy. Emma felt guilty and shameful of herself and then started forcefully vomiting the food out.
That night, Emma was constantly thinking about how big she is for her age and was comparing with models who are in perfect shape.
Everyday, Emma repeated the same process and would try to vomit everyday after a meal.
She would make it a daily routine to run around the park to loose weight. She would run so much that she was so tired by the end of her runs. This affected her physical performance.
Emma would always look sad and this worried her friends as she was becoming weaker and paler.
