  • In the beggining...
  • There was Chaos. Out of this something plain and white rose up and formed heaven.

  • The two were told to descend to Eath and watch over them. Izanagi stirred his stick on water and as he did he one islands of Japan was born. The two had many babies and they became the remaining 7 islands of Japan
  • Izanami went to the under world and Izanagi tried to find her and he did. The two fought with their own deiteis or people due to an unknown reason. Izanagi did not fight Izanami but instead closed the bridge from the underworld to his own.
  • As Izanagi returned, a god was born from his left eye,Amaterasu;goddess of heaven; From his right eye another was born;Tsukoyomi-no-mikoto;moon god;and from his nose another one;Susanoo-no-mikoto;god of sea and storms.
