  • How do we feel about the battle and the two documents?
  • The battle of Gonzales was the very first battle that started the revolution. This battle let the Mexican Military know that the Texans wanted to fight and could fight. The phrase became known as ''Come and get it.'' This battle was fought over a cannon.
  • Goliad Massacre
  • Found You
  • The Battle of The Alamo was taken place near the San Antonio river. Even though the Mexicans won the battle, The Texans were still not out and encouraged them to keep on fighting. This phrase became known as ''Remember the Alamo.''
  • Battle of San Jacinto
  • Im Sam Houston , Let's win this Battle
  • The constitution of 1836, All the delegates met to discuss what had been going on, they asked if everyone agreed. They made two documents one was the Independence document and The constitution
  • Treaties of Velasco
  • OK, you can become independent YOU WON, and i promise to leave you alone.
  • The Goliad massacre, Fanan and his troops were trying to escape the Mexican military, He let his troops rest in an open prairie, later found by Santa Anna. They marched his troops back to Goliad and later executed. This also became known as The Battle of Coleto Creek.
  • The battle of San Jacinto was the last battle, Sam Houston and his army captured Santa Anna and became known as the hero of San Jacinto. Even though the battle lasted 18 minutes it was an awesome victory for the Texans.
  • The treaties of Velasco were treaties finally setting up a new government after president Santa Anna had been captured. They made him agree to stop bothering the Texans, and finally made Texas independent.
