I just don't get why I need to take these steps for a battery issue. I think going to the Apple Store would be better.
Sir, the reason why we're not sending you to the Apple Store is because your battery is fine on the test that we ran so it most likely means you have a SW issue which we, Apple Care, can easily handle and help with and if it works there won't be any need to go on a trip to the Apple Store. If it doesn't, then we'll be more than glad to provide you other options.
