  • Nickel is extracted by extraction metallurgy. Copper is extracted in open pits. Manganese is extracted in open pits and zinc is extracted in underground mining.
  • Hey class this is a sacagawea dollar coin. There is a picture of Sacagawea on the front and a picture of an eagle on the back. It was made in 2000 by Gleena Goodacre. Artist make models of the coin and the models are drawn onto the coin.

  • The coin is made out of Nickel (Ni) (atomic number 28), Copper (Cu) ( atomic number 29),  Manganese (Mg) (atomic number 12), and Zinc (Zn) (atomic number 30).
