ATP (cellular energy)
Food (glucose) is eaten and it is transferred to the mitochondria. The intake of oxygen (O2), water (H2O), and carbon dioxide (CO2) is also needed.
Glucose is transferred into the mitochondria and then turned into ATP (energy).
ATP energy is then released when running or doing something active.
