  • Haven't you heard! My people have been freed!
  • When did this happen? My parents never told me about this.
  • Today all people of color are free and are seen all are seen as equals. Humans are no longer referred to as property.
  • Slaves working in the field.
  • Until December 6, 1865 my people were enslaved and forced to serve white masters.
  • Lincoln created the 13th amendment abolishing slavery in the United States.
  • And in any place against where people are being forced against their will.
  • Except if they're in prison.
  • People living their every day lives.
