This scene shows that Boo is violent and unstable. He is seen as violent because he stabbed his father in the leg with a pair of scissors, but the part that makes him unstable is when he starts to cut the newspaper again.
Boo is seen as being sneaky and intimidating in this scene. He is sneaky because he was looking into Miss. Maudie's window at night and this is intimidating because no one knows what he's going to do.
This scene shows that boo is nice and resourceful. He is nice because he didn't have to stitch Jem's pants but he did it anyway, and he is resourceful because he knows how to sew.
This scene shows that Boo is generous and playful. He is generous for putting the little trinkets in the tree but he is also playful because he doesn't let the kids know that he is doing it.
When Boo put the blanket around Scout it showed that he is thoughtful and caring. We know this because Scout didn't even know he was behind her and that means he didn't do it for recognition but because he wanted to.
I think that eventually the kids will get Boo to come out of his house. Then he will begin to tell them that it was him that did all of those nice things for them and they will see that he is kind after all.
