Problem in Industry & Labor: Fair Labor Standard Act
Unemployment: The Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC)
Securing the American Dream: Social Security
I think the Fair Labor Standards Act was the most effective way because FDR made a federal law which establishes minimum wage, overtime pay eligibility, recordkeeping, and child labor standards affecting full-time and part-time workers in the private sector and in federal, state, and local governments.
I think the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) was most effective because FDR made a public work relief program that operated from 1933 to 1942 in the United States for unemployed, unmarried men from relief families as part of the New Deal. Originally for young men ages 18–23, it was eventually expanded to young men ages 17–28.
I think social security is most effective because FDR made sure that people with little to no income still go a little bit of money to keep there dreams going, he didn't provide a lot of money, just enough to keep them going.
