The Boston Massacre
Today in our journey we will be learning about The Boston Massacre and The Boston Tea Party!!
Cause and Effect
The Boston Massacre started in March 5, 1770.
The Boston Tea Party
One gun shot was the start of the Revolutionary War between the colonist (Blue coats) and the British (Red coats).
The gun shot was from when one of the colonist fell and made the gun shoot which made the British soldiers fire and 3 colonist died instantly.
The Boston Tea Party started in Dec. 16, 1773.
When the cargo arrived at the harbor the colonist had to pay tea taxes when the British opened the cargo.
The colonists opened the chest of tea and dumped it out into the sea because they did not want to pay the tea taxes.
