  • ZAKA! Carbohydrates are one of the main types of nutrients. They are the most important source of energy for your body
  • AMIR! What Are Carbohydrates?
  • Simple carbohydrates: These are also called simple sugars. They're found in refined sugars, like the white sugar you see in a sugar bowl. Complex carbohydrates: These are also called starches. Starches include grain products, such as bread, crackers, pasta, and rice. 
  • WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF CARBOHYRDATES?
  • When you eat carbs, your body breaks them down into simple sugars, which are absorbed into the bloodstream.
  • How Does the Body Use Carbs
  • The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends that carbohydrates make up 45 to 65 percent of your total daily calories. So, if you get 2,000 calories a day, between 900 and1,300 calories should be from carbohydrates. That translates to between 225 and 325 grams of carbohydrates a day.

  • A PERSON SUFFERS FROM MALNUTRITION AND THE PERSON BECOMES WEAK, DUE TO LACK OF NUTRITION.
