the two different versions of Miranda.
On the left is a more empathetic and timid version of Miranda. Her hair is neatly tied back into two braids because she is not an uncivilized person. Her dress is neat and poised as well representing somewhat a princess. Her expression is a little sad, and this is because of her conversation with Prospero about the mariners.
On the right is a more wild and defiant version of Miranda. Her hair is loose and a little messy with a twig in it because she has been living on an island for twelve years. She is wearing an outfit made up of nature to show the fact that she is a little uncivilized. She is looking quite angry as if yelling because of when Prospero spoke rudely to Ferdinand when he and Miranda just met.
