  • "Close down the harbor."

  • "We need to start trading again with Britain and France."
  • The French and British blockaded the port, so America could not transport goods to the other country.
  • Cause
  • "With no U.S.A goods the Britain and France don't stand a can a chance."
  • "That's because of the Embargo Act."
  • America closed all the harbor for all goods to give to Great Britain and France.
  • Event
  • "I don't know Edison!!"
  • "What happened to the food?Why has it gone bad?!"
  • This was meant to hurt Britain and France. It hurt America. Because of this, America's relationship with the British and the French.
  • Outcome
  • The Embargo act was when America said that they won't give any goods to Britain or France.
  • The food and corgo all went bad and they had to dispose of it.
  • America needed to get out of this war against Great Britain and France because they were losing food that was on the ships.
  • America is in great danger because of this war.
