JOURNEY TO THE MAGNOLIA SEA
I'm gonna barf!!!
Don't worry Gray, we can do it together!!
"So Lucy, a seafloor is basically cooled lava, right?" "Yes it is Gray. "That's all it is, nothing but cooled lava. So, I think we can combine our wizard sorcery to banish the sea floor and re-assemble the continents", Lucy explained. "How much longer before we reach Magnolia Sea? I don't feel well," exclaimed Natsu! "Almost there," confirms Lucy...
"Alright Gray, why won't you be the first to try mending the continents and we'll be standing over here," said Lucy. "Wait but first, how do we know that the seafloor is actually spreading," cried Gray? "Well, I did my research and I remember reading something about the seafloor being the youngest at the mid-ocean ridge and by measuring the distance of a strip of rock from there, scientists can calculate the speed of the seafloor spreading. So this means that there has to be some kind of movement of the continents," Lucy assured. "Here goes nothing!" (KA-BAM!!!!!)
"Nice try Gray," says Erza. "But his powers alone isn't enough. Let us all combine powers NOW, Lucy ordered! "What's happening? I don't see any improvements," yelled Natsu! "We gave it all we got and the ocean floor seems the same. What do you think could've gone wrong," questioned Erza? "Well, samples of the ocean crust rock shows that the oldest rocks were farthest from the mid-ocean ridge causing the shift. Too much damage has occurred and we are no match against the sea floor movement. We must accept defeat and inform the government," Lucy said disappointedly.
