We have more soldiers! That means we win!
Darius had called his General Datis and Artaphernes, his nephew, to lead his army. Datis lead the cosmopolitan army, and Artaphernes lead his large cavalry.
Meanwhile, In Greece, they were preparing their weapons and soldiers for war. They knew that Persia had outnumbered them but they still had hope in winning.
Persia thought that because they had such a large army, they could easily win.
Both armies began to march out to the fight. Using the strongest to win the battle.
The armies finally clashed together and Greece was intimidated by the number of soldiers ahead of them. Although, Greece had made strong and amazing armour and swords.
Due to amazing weapons, Greece had defeated Persia and took victory. 6,400 persians were dead, and only 192 greeks.
