Winnie is at her house looking at a toad. She talks to it and throws rocks past it. She then decides to explore, because she is bored.
While she is exploring, she sees Jesse in the wood. Jesse is laying down. He gets up and takes a drink of water. That is when he sees her and thinks "Oh no!"
The Tucks kidnap her and take her to their house. They have no choice, because they have to explain things to her. They will tell her all about them, and then they will take her back home.

Tuck is explaining to Winnie what happened to them when they drank the water. He also tells her about how life is on big cycle, and how no one else can know about what happened to them and why they are special.
Mae Tuck killed the man in the yellow suit and now she has to go to jail. Miles comes up with a plan to help her escape. His plan is to unscrew the bars and let Mae out then, Winnie will go in and take her spot. With this happening, it will give them more time to escape.
The Tucks go to see if Winnie is still alive. It turns out that she lived a long happy life with her husband and children. Tuck walks into the cemetery and sees her grave. He said "Good girl", because she never told anyone their secret and she chose not to live forever.
