The Six Hat Process
Jaime can't decide if she should get that tattoo with her friends or not, so she uses the six hat deciding process to help her.
The White Hat (the information hat): 1. Her parents would not be happy with her 2. Tattoos are expensive 3. The friendship might not last forever
The Red Hat (the feelings hat): 1. Jaime likes the idea, she wants to do it 2. She is also scared of what her parents will say
The Black Hat (the cautious hat): 1. Jaime is scared of what her parents will think 2. She doesn't know how it will effect her future
The Yellow Hat (the positive hat): 1. Jaime really wants to get one, she thinks it will be cute 2. She could get it in a place that isn't noticeable
The Green Hat (the creative hat): 1. She could help pick the design 2. She could discuss it with her parents too
Jaime decides that she is going to get the tattoo as long as her parents approve of the idea.
The Blue Hat (the manage hat): 1. She replays all of what she has thought about 2. Combining all of them, she makes a decision
