Storyboard Text

  • "Do you want to join me inside the gala," asked James. "Sure," replied Margret.
  • "Why do you look so sad," questioned James. "My father is quite ill," said Margret in response with tears rolling down her cheeks.
  • "That is unfortunate," replied James. "Should we get together another day," asked James. "That would be better," replied Margret.
  • Margret sees her friend James outside of a gala.
  • "Of course," replied Margret. "Perhaps I will see you tomorrow," said James.
  • For a moment Margret thought about her father and his descending health, but she quickly got her mind off of it.  Soon she thought about the gala and  wished that she could just go home to get back to her father.
  • Margret to her dad: "You are walking," exclaimed Margret. Margret's dad: "I'm feeling much better today," Margret's dad said with excitement.
  • "Hello James it sure has been a while," said Margret's father. "It sure has," replied James. "I'm going to inform you about me dating Margret," said James. "That is wonderful," replied Margret's father.
  • As Margret started to walk away James stopped her and touched her hand for a moment. All of a sudden out of no where James asked her to go out with him.
  • Margret thought about how she would get home. She thought at first that she would have to walk. Margret did not mind walking, but she wanted to get home soon so that she could help take of her father. It then started to pour outside. James offered to take Margret home on his carriage. Margret of course replied yes.
  • When Margret got home James helped her off the carriage and they held hands for a split second. Margret told James that he could come in for a bit and they rushed in her house. She saw her father up and moving, which make Margret happy because that meant her father was getting better.
  • Margret's father had not seen James for a while, but he was very happy to see him. When Margret and James were younger Margret's father  and James's father planned for them to get married. James and Margret always had a crush on each other, not knowing that their parents planned a wedding for them.
