Josh learns that what he eats is important because what you eat, fuels your body.
Josh is training at the gym for his boxing fight.
After his workout, Josh goes home to eat some food. HE decides that junk food sounds good to eat.
The next day was Josh's fight against his toughest opponent.
That night after the fight, Josh did not feel good. His body was weak and his muscles were sore.
Next day in class Josh learned that simple sugars do not give the body long term energy.
Today well be going over types of Macromolecules.
When Josh got home from the gym after class, he realized that his body needed complex carbs and protein to keep him energized.
