Storyboard Text

  • Exposition
  • Zeus and Alcemene had a son together, and named him Heracles.
  • Hera sought to harm Heracles because of what Zeus had done.
  • Conflict
  • Once Heracles was an adult, Hera crept into his bedroom one night and put the idea of murder into his mind.
  • Rising Action
  • Immediately once Heracles woke up, he was filled with rage and hate, so he killed his wife and two kids.
  • Climax
  • Heracles realized what all he had done, and went to the King to seek redemption.
  • Falling Action
  • The King went to a temple to ask the gods and goddesses what to do. The first to respond was Hera, who created a list of 12 impossible labors for Heracles to complete.
  • Resolution
  • For Heracles to be absolved of his crime, he needed to complete the impossible labors. The King presented them to Heracles who then set out to complete the list.
