Once the potion was stirred, Mr.Roan poured some of the potion into a small vial. It smelled like toenails but nonetheless, Rielly drank it. The family watched in anticipation but also feared for Rielly.
The same cloud that had engulfed Rielly earlier that day, consumed him again. A few seconds later out came... a boy! Rielly was back! The family cheered and wrapped Rielly in a warm hug. "We love you just the way you are!" Sophie exclaimed winking. "It sure is good to be back, thanks Sof!" Rielly thanked.
Sophie got closer and close to the monumental dragon! It's back was covered with shiny, blue scale. One scale, in particular, stood out to Sophie so she began to tug at it. After pulling gently the scale came out with a "pluck!"
Satisfied in the job she had done, Sophie held her glimmering scale up triumphantly! Her conquest was short- lived when the dragon woke up with a start! Sprinting out of the cave, Sophie took her scale with her. Sophie cast the spell to go home, as her sibling ran toward her smiling gleefully.
Touching their feet on the maroon, velvet carpet back home never felt so good to the adventurous trio! Mr.Roan sighed peacefully when he saw all his kids in one piece and a dragon scale in Sophie's hand. The potion brewing in the cauldron awaited the dragon scale.
Grinning at the scale in her hands, Sophie carefully dropped the scale in the bubbling cauldron. The scale landed with a "splat!" The potion fizzed and more steam escaped from the boiling pot.
