Storyboard Text

  • I want to communicate Hamlet's self-struggle and how miserable he is.
  • "O! that this too too solid flesh would melt, Thaw and resolve itself into a dew;"
  • "O God! God! How weary, stale, flat, and unprofitable Seem to me all the uses of this world."
  • I want to communicate the anger Hamlet feels through the queen. The angst.
  • Hyperion
  • "So excellent a king; that was, to this, Hyperion to a satyr;"
  • I wanted to show how Hamlet thinks highly of his father and how poorly of his uncle.
  • Satyr
  • I wanted to communicate the queen slowly moving away from the king and towards the uncle.
  • "A little month; or ere those shoes were old"
  • I wanted to communicate the queen and uncle's closeness and the queen forgetting about the late king.
  • "--married with mine uncle, My father's brother"
  • "But break, my heart, for I must hold my tongue!"
  • I wanted to communicate Hamlet's family becoming broken and the late king being forgotten by his wife.
