Storyboard Text

  • Stephanie is a Grade 1 student who always got humiliated by her classmates, just because she was "little behind" in reading. Hence, she has low self-esteem and she prefered to be alone.
  • HAHAHA
  • You're so stupid!
  • She couldn't even understand what she read!
  • After the class, she immediately went home, locked her room, and began to cry. She felt very sad until she saw someone who often appears on her dreams- her "imaginary friend". She named it as "Nicole".
  • Okay...
  • I always wait for you to come back!
  • You, again? Why are you always like that? You will always come, then later on, you will suddenly disappear without a word!?
  • Oh! Why are you crying? Is there anything that I can do to make you feel better?
  • Come on, cheer up Steph! Fix yourself and we will play again!
  • I'm very sorry my friend. Okay, I promise that I will never do that again.
  • Since then, they were silently played inside her room by throwing pillows and playing dolls. The room was filled with laughter, until her mother entered the room.
  • Mom, can't you see? I'm playing with Nicole.
  • okay mom.
  • Stephanie, who are you talking and lauging with?
  • Your "imaginary friend", again? okay steph, enough for this. Come with me because it's time to study.
  • Her mother always made sure to give time to teach Stephanie to read. However, it seems that Steph doesn't show interests in reading.
  • I don't want to read anymore!
  • Mom, can I get a rest? I'm tired of reading this many times. I'm so bored to see pure texts and get dizzy with it.
  • You're always acting like that! Read, read, and read!
  • Stephanie went up to their atique room and started to cry. Nicole, her "imaginary friend", followed her.
  • How are you going to help me?
  • where?
  • Steph, stop crying. I've heard you and your mother a while ago, and I know something to help you.
  • It's so easy, you just need to come to my place.
  • to the World of Imagination!
  • Stephanie started to wonder on how to get there. She doesn't have any idea about what Nicole's talking about.
  • What are you talking about?
  • Yes.
  • How can I get there?
  • It's so easy, don't worry. Are you ready?
