• Your just standing around waiting to hit the volleyball. Then the one time you are talking to your friend the ball hits you right in the head. The ball will be the object in motion, hitting you then bouncing away from you. While you will represent the object at rest, not moving until getting hit with the ball you you jerk away.
• The woman was walking her dog on a normal day when her dog saw another dog and starting running away at the force of 17 Newtons. Then the girl tried to hold her dog back with the force of 13 Newtons. But the net force was 5 Newtons to the left which is the way the dog was pulling.

• The action is the hammer hitting the nail one by one. But the reaction would be the  nail going into the wood.
