"Who bare my letter,then, to Romeo?"
Friar John is meeting with Friar Lawrence in regards to the letter that was sent to Romeo
"I could not send it"
There was a outbreak of the plague so Friar John was trapped in a house on quarantine.
"Unhappy fortune! By my brother, The letter was not nice but full of charge... May so much danger"
Friar Lawrence then becomes confused and worried about who took his letter to Romeo.
"Now must I to the monument alone. Within this three hours will fair Juliet wake. She will beshrew me much that Romeo Hath had no notice of these accidents..."
Friar John tells him that he could not get his letter to Romeo
He gives the letter to Friar Lawrence and Friar Lawrence tells him how important that the letter was and Romeo needed to see it.
Friar Lawrence leaves to go to Juliet's tomb to tell her when she wakes up the Romeo did not get the letter and he really thinks she id dead.
