  • A registered user enters there login details to access 'findmyplace.co.uk' to be able to let there property. The user must navigate to Landlord on the system navigation to let a property correctly.

  • In order to advertise and let the property to the users of 'findmyplace.co.uk', the user must first decide if the property belongs to the user and become a landlord and wants all the other users to apply for it based on what the user sets as the details of the accommodation. Or if the user is simply looking to add a flatmate from the system, in which case must request landlord permissions.

  • The user searches for available flatmates to live in the property the user has let. However, the system loads more results over time and more people are active on the site and match the landlords requirements.

  • The user(landlord) is only notified when the system has found a match of someone who has met the criteria of the user(landlord)

  • Other users interested in the flat can communicate with each other to discuss property matches and exchange contact details. Yet must be accepted through the landlord as the landlord has the power to determine if a user will stay at the accommodation or not.

  • As the other user waits for confirmation from the landlord, the system continues to find a match to other accommodations until a property has been removed or has been saved/deposited/paid by a user.
