Once you log in, please navigate to the top right of the screen and click on the bell icon which holds your "My To Do" items. From there, you'll see everything you need to submit. It's important that you submit everything on the list - please try not to get overwhelmed by all the paperwork we need you to submit, it may seem like a lot, but we're here to help you along the way and will try to make it as easy as possible.

Next, we'll need to run a background check on you. This is where things can slow down, since we sometimes have to wait 2-3 weeks to get the results back. Please be patient with us - we wish it went faster, too!

If your background check comes back all clear, then you can continue with your next steps, which would be to submit any additional paperwork and upload any certification information (if applicable). Also, you'll need to become familiar with the different systems we use. You may receive emails from the following programs, depending on your location of work. - Litmos: our online training system. You'll have online training modules to complete, as well as in-person training to sign up for. - Kronos: You should already be familiar with this system by now. This is also where your schedule for work is created and where you indicate your availability. You can also update your contact information here if it ever changes. You may also get an email from our point of sale system, but we'll explain more about that in your in-person training.
As the text on the previous slide is read, have the first paragraph illustrated on the screen of what it's talking about. For example, have the Kronos login page and show where they would go to find what additional paperwork they need to submit, etc. For the rest, have the different logos of each system appear on the page.
