So fruit can be deadly
If you do go over that limit and have a lot there is natural sugar in fruit which if too much is consumed it could raise your blood sugar and that can cause diabetes, the sugar can make you overweight and you could develop high cholesterol
So what about the good bits?

The good side to fruit is that they have vitamins and minerals that reduce the risk of cancer, high in fibre and water which make you fuller and stop overeating on junk,vitamins A, C and E are also in fruit. Vitamin A assists the immune system, C for cardiovascular disease and E lowers blood pressure
